Computational core — independent adversarial audit (July 2026): A separate four-stage audit tested whether VARZIN's structure-detection pipeline (benchmark_003 lineage, underlying the "inter-model ARI=0.812" result above) offers a distinct, generalizable computational contribution beyond specialized baselines. Verdict: no such contribution was established — the one measurable internal advantage did not survive testing on an independently-coded generator and could not be attributed to a specific feature. Full report: VARZIN-COMPUTATIONAL-AUDIT-CLOSURE-v1 (on request). "Final Benchmark family accuracy=74.2%" traces to an earlier, separate pipeline not covered by this audit.
LUXVAR-EMERGENCE-001-v2 (July 2026, N=200, pre-registered): Phonotactic uniqueness (0.738) is real and reproducible, but a locked attribution test found it is attributable to the choice of the 18 base root/suffix components, not to the combination process itself. No computational emergence beyond generator-level design was found across a 9-feature battery against 4 matched-complexity controls. In the same period, Conjecture 1 and single-orbit connectivity were both fully proved for all N≥2 — see roadmap table above.

The Real Asset

The biggest asset is not the Hexacore. Not the QMSG. Not the 1.3 billion rows.

The biggest asset is the machine built to evaluate LUXVAR — including when LUXVAR is wrong. Most symbolic projects build a theory. Very few build the tool to reject their own theory. VARZIN has that tool now.

The pipeline found leakage, rejected Hexacore emergence, and returned acc=0.000 for blind topology — all against the expected direction. This is scientific behavior.

Why More Computation Won't Help

The 1.3B scan hit the computational ceiling — not because of data limits, but because of the problem itself.
Any feature that predicts axis membership was placed there by the designer → confirms design choices, not semantic emergence.
10B rows: k still = 3, V still ≈ 0.003. Smaller p-value, same effect size.
The only exit is human perception (VPE-001).
